1. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, underwear products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Our team will review and arrange a replacement

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Exchange Orders Policy
We understand that you may need to exchange your order for a different size or item.

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

• Exchange is allowed only for size issues or wrong items sent

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• The customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchange

• Exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for exchange.

3. Shipping Policy

• Shipping takes 2–5 business days داخل مصر

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available

• Orders must be confirmed via phone call or message before shipping

• Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not completed

• Payment is available via Cash on Delivery

• Shipping fees may vary depending on your location
